Mentorino (mentorino.ai) platformunu kullanarak bu kullanim kosullarini kabul etmis sayilirsiniz. Bu kosullari kabul etmiyorsaniz, platformu kullanmayi birakiniz.

2. Hizmet Tanimi

Mentorino, yapay zeka destekli egitim platformudur. Sunulan hizmetler arasinda yapay zeka ile calisma materyali olusturma (notlar, flashcard'lar, quizler, podcast'ler), mentor eslestirme ve bireysel mentorlu hizmetleri, sinav takibi ve performans analizi ile kisisellesirilmis ogrenme deneyimi yer almaktadir.

3. Yas Sinirlamasi

Platformumuzu kullanmak icin en az 13 yasinda olmaniz gerekmektedir. 18 yasindan kucuk kullanicilar, ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayiyla platforma kaydolabilirler.

4. Hesap Sorumlulugu

Hesabinizin guvenliginden siz sorumlusunuz. Sifrenizi baskalarıyla paylasmayin ve hesabinizda gerceklesen tum islemlerden siz sorumlu olursunuz. Yetkisiz erisim durumunda derhal bize bildirimde bulunun.

5. Abonelikler ve Odeme

• Odemeler Stripe araciligiyla guvenli bir sekilde islenmektedir
• Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir (iptal edilmedikce)
• Deneme sureleri: Ogrenciler icin 30 gun, ogretmenler icin 60 gun
• Iptal islemleri Stripe Musteri Portali uzerinden yapilabilir
• Deneme suresi bitmeden iptal ederseniz herhangi bir ucret yansimaz
• Iade talepleri support@mentorino.ai adresine yapilabilir

6. Yapay Zeka Icerik Uyarisi

Platformumuzda uretilen yapay zeka destekli icerikler (notlar, quizler, podcast'ler vb.) yalnizca egitim amaciyla sunulmaktadir. Bu icerikler profesyonel akademik danismanlik yerine gecmez. Yapay zeka tarafindan olusturulan iceriklerin dogrulugunu dogrulamaniz onerilir.

7. Kullanici Icerigi ve Fikri Mulkiyet

Platforma yuklediginiz iceriklerin (PDF, resim, ses dosyalari vb.) mulkiyet haklari size aittir. Icerikleri yukleyerek, Mentorino'ya bu icerikleri hizmet sunumu icin isleme izni verirsiniz. Baskalarinin fikri mulkiyet haklarini ihlal eden icerikler yuklememelisiniz.

8. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanim

Asagidaki davranislar yasaklanmistir:

• Platformu yasadisi amaclarla kullanmak
• Diger kullanicilarin deneyimini olumsuz etkilemek
• Platform altyapisina zarar vermeye calismak
• Otomatik botlar veya scraper kullanmak
• Telif hakki ihlali iceren icerik yuklemek
• Yanlis veya yaniltici bilgiler yaymak

9. Oran Sinirlamasi ve Askiya Alma

Platformun kotu amacli kullanilmasini onlemek icin API oran sinirlamasi uygulanmaktadir. Kullanim kosullarinin ihlali durumunda hesabiniz gecici veya kalici olarak askiya alinabilir.

10. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Mentorino, platformun kullanimindan kaynaklanan dolayli, ozel veya sonucsal zararlardan sorumlu degildir. Toplam sorumlulugumuz, son 12 ayda odediginiz abonelik ucretleriyle sinirlidir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kosullar Alman hukukuna tabidir. Uyusmazliklarin cozumu icin Mannheim mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Avrupa Birligi tuketicileri icin, bulundugunuz ulkedeki tuketici koruma haklari sakli kalir.

12. Degisiklikler

Bu kullanim kosullarini zaman zaman guncelleyebiliriz. Onemli degisiklikler icin en az 30 gun oncesinden e-posta ile bildirim yapariz. Guncellenmis kosullari kabul etmemeniz durumunda hesabinizi kapatabilirsiniz.

13. Fesih

Hesabinizi dilediginiz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Mentorino, kullanim kosullarinin ihlali durumunda hizmet saglamayi sonlandirma hakkini sakli tutar. Fesih sonrasinda verileriniz Gizlilik Politikamiza uygun sekilde silinir.

By using the Mentorino (mentorino.ai) platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service Description

Mentorino is an AI-powered educational platform. Services include AI-generated study materials (notes, flashcards, quizzes, podcasts), mentor matching and one-on-one mentoring services, exam tracking and performance analysis, and personalized learning experiences.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 may register with parental or legal guardian consent.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with others, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Trial periods: 30 days for students, 60 days for teachers
• Cancellations can be made through the Stripe Customer Portal
• If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will apply
• Refund requests can be made to support@mentorino.ai

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content on our platform (notes, quizzes, podcasts, etc.) is provided for educational purposes only. This content does not replace professional academic counseling. We recommend verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (PDFs, images, audio files, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Mentorino permission to process it for service delivery. You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

8. Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Negatively affecting other users' experience
• Attempting to damage platform infrastructure
• Using automated bots or scrapers
• Uploading copyright-infringing content
• Spreading false or misleading information

9. Rate Limiting & Suspension

API rate limiting is applied to prevent malicious use of the platform. Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mentorino is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. The courts of Mannheim have jurisdiction for dispute resolution. For European Union consumers, consumer protection rights in your country of residence are preserved.

12. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Mentorino reserves the right to terminate service provision in case of terms violation. After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
